College AU pt 3: Literature

 Lana calmly walked through the crowded hall.Rushing to get to get to her locker and get out of this nightmare.Lets face it,Lana and Jean would agree about the amount of people in the hallway,Marco knows they're like all of us...Creating the massive Nerf war a day after that.Lana and Marco won...Jean was treated for swallowing one of the "bullets".Aside from that Lana grabbed her books and walked away looking around and attempting to find her next class,keeping a solemn expression.She looked down at the note in her hand based on what she saw,she didn't have this class with anyone she knew.Or she thought.Sadly it was pretty good inside,cool air blowing past each of the students as they walked since summer heat could kill a man.

 She walked into her class,the last class before lunch.Lana's dreaded subject Literature.
Lets break it down.Lana's childhood included traumatic events with reading fairytales,and learned the hard way...That people aren't pixies.Aside from the fact that she is forever scared by the ACTUAL version of Peter Pan.She didn't go near children for 3 weeks.
She did like picture books alot though.

 Sitting down at a seat she looked at her watch,her stomach growling.Sighing she rubbed her eyes,flipping through her Lit. textbook.Some of the words and stories were,interesting.
She was surprised to see anything like some of them in literature.The books were great.She chose to put it away before her teacher came in.Sitting it on her desk she looked at Connie and Sasha sharing a laugh,she was stuck in class with the two class clowns."You have got to be kidding."Lana says looking over,her thoughts rampaging around like an angered bull.
 
Next thing she knew,she was being tackled by questions and turned,terrified,happy to find Mikasa asking her what class Eren was in.
Lana shrugged and said,"Maybe with Jean a-"She paused at Jean.This wasn't a good idea we all know.Lana and Mikasa shared a glance,a bit of fear and anxiety in their eyes.
"Do you know where hall passes are kept?"Lana asked looking around.A small grin on her face.

Jean messed around with his assignment.Pencil in his hand,he had bellringer like a CHILD.
He had to admit,he was as embarrassed as ever,sitting here doing small problems of  scientific inquiry.
He wals more embarrased than Marco when they played a game of truth or dare in ninth grade,and Marco srtill turns red once people mention it.Siera was sitting there,twiddling her thumbs ninchalantly.Nothing important to do at the moment of time,if time even mattered.
Soon Lana and Mikasa burst in,Their teacher,Mike,wasn't there he was getting his lessons in order for the next week.Suddenly Lana and Mikasa slammed the door open into their class,the whole classes view on both of them,Mikasa looking around as if Lana didn't knock the door off the hinges through the board,where it would be lodged for a while.Jean stood up abruptly,so did Eren.
 Both of them stood there wide eyed,slack-jawed,and over anything else scared...

Lets face it,two of the strongest girls in school in one room is terrifying.Jean opened his mouth to speak before Eren zoomed past him,running up to Mikasa saying,"What's wrong?!" His yells could most likely heard throughought the school.Lana's expression being one of happiness once she saw Jean,she was up for whatever he had to say,as long as she never heard word of it from the non-truthful rumor makers.Even through she fully believes in the "rumor" that Agnes likes Bertholdt.Hanji even agrees with her,it was sad but it could be true.Lana wasn't even sure but she did have evidence with the help of Armin and Marco.Along with her great ninja skills,she managed to get most of it right...So far.
 Lana zoomed up to Jean,getting straight to the point,"Jean,did you get into a fight yet?"She asked,messing around with her decorated DS Lite.She swears that the found it in the junk yard,but none of the school believes that something so high tech could be found in a junkyard.Of all the places.But Marco and Jean helped her put it together in freetime over the summer before.It took up a month of constantly going out in the summer sun and finding parts for a month,but hey,it is pretty cool.
Jean shook his head," Nope,why ya askin'?" Jean asked his eyes narrowing more than they already were.Lana just shook her head and ran off,dragging Mikasa withher.Sierra was sitting there,staring at the door right beside her head,letting out a relieved sigh she sat down on her seat,starting her work immediately,so she wouldn't get a bad first grade.

 As they ran back to their class,Mikasa saw the teachers,why were they all in the break room,soon she remembered that this school had a low average of students wanting to join since they had dangerous job fields,it was also common for grafitti to be on the side walls,Levi is absolutely angered by it.After rushing back to their classed Lana sat down on her desk,grinning as soon as she heard the bell ring 'I wonder how many times this is going to go on,this class is stupid anyway...Right?'
Lana's thought prosess was almost non existant,as the day went on she started to wonder,why no-one wants to join this school.There were very few students and she knew her friends form years prior,but why only this school.
After the class bell rand,Lana was glad that it was time for lunch,her notes grasped firmly in her hands,she looked at them,soon she smelt the wafting smell of hamburgers,lettuce,ranch,and busy sounds.Lana was bemused ,"Hamburgers and...Salad?"Lana asked,her eyebrows raising in a funny manner as the always did.She planned to get her books out of her locker at the last minuite,and she almost freaked out once she realized that her locker code was her birthday,Marco's birthday was close to hers so they both could probrably trade locks to throw the lockpickers off majorly.

As Lana got her food she sat down,a wide grin formin on her face as soon as she saw Sasha.She waved Sasha over as soon as she saw her along with Connie,Lana only hung out with them for some rumors,these were the only people with rumors she could trust,besides Hanji.Levi baredly talked to her,he just looked up and glared it didn't bother her or Hanji so that was good,she hoped.
Marco and Jean sat with Daz,a substitute teacher,but he was always seen as a student for some reason.Lana never really questioned why.After this she got her literature textbook out from her bookbag,reading over its continents.Maybe reading wasn't so bad.She was soon interrupted by connie and Sasha as they told about their pranks in dorms,Lana actually giggled along and told some of her own.Soon they started talking about their favourite video games.Lana chose the series of Dragon Quest while Sasha chose Chrono Trigger,they all loved that game.Connie picked Zelda,a classic to be honest.

As soon as they heard the bell ring Lana got up only to find a girl named Sierra in her path.Lana just blinked and said,"Hm,need something?"
Sierra shook her head and said,"Our teacher said the person who broke the door has to fix it at dinnertime."She said,looking down and slightly unimpressed.Lana nodded and cheerily said,"Oh yeah!I completely forgot about that,that thanks for telling me!"She said running off as if she had winged boots.Sierra sighed and smiled walking her path to find her path to her locker.Her headphones in her ears.Meanwhile,Lily sat in class,studying for their first test at the beginnning of the school year.Being bothered wasn't her main priority right now,realizing that only a few classed reamined and that people wir rushing by the class door,she got her books  into her locker since it was close to the spot where she was sitting.The sun shone brightly,and the sad part was...They all had three more hours,four if you were in extra classes like Agnes Dein's or Levi Heichou's...

Jean and Marco messed around with their lockers while Lana easily took her lock off,Lana did hope the next class was Science,and so it was.
Lana internaly thanked the heavens,but that didn't excuse the craziness that was about to come.
